Letter to the Developer
To my "DEAREST" Developer a.k.a the son of the God,
First of all, I do agree with you that the soldiers in the empire is not a very experienced one, but this is the fact that no one can change in the very near future. No one can turn the soldiers into an experienced one in the given very short/tight timeframe. They have to go to the war to experience it. Thus, when you are dealing with the soldiers, can you please dont look things in just an angle ONLY???!!! Everyone is learning and different people have different view on a single thing. Therefore, the soldiers are always trained to have a meeting of mind with YOU, to be always on the same page with YOU, to explore for better ideas/solutions, although you're the son of the God, your view/idea might not be 100% correct/workable. So why dont you listen to ideas patiently before giving any comments??? Why do you jump to conclusion straight???!!! Many factors that lead to the dictator to ask the inexperienced soldiers to go for the war, because the dictator has no choice, not a single one the dictator is given. He has no choice but to continue this war. Thus, my dearest developer, please dont "give faces" to the soldiers when you deal with them. Remember, ALWAYS LISTENING AND ALWAYS UNDERSTANDING!!!!
