莲藕花生汤

很喜欢这一味汤。 好久没喝了。
很想念它的味道。

昨天在朋友家做客， 伯母煲了我喜爱的莲藕花生汤。汤的色泽， 香味很像以前另一个伯母煲的； 用的材料， 配料也都相同， 可是味道不太一样。 比较喜欢以前那个伯母煲的莲藕花生汤， 但是， 现在再也喝不到了。 所以只好好好地珍惜眼前的那一碗热汤。

汤暖了我的胃， 也暖了我的回忆。

I notice that I love painting my face nowadays, I rather go to work a bit late than not painting my face and go straight to work. Sign of turning into more lady-like?

It's drug addiction. Looking at the increasing number of consumption, I do not wish I get addicted.

I used to think it is a boring place. The people are not friendly, they are harsh. The food is sucks and I cant even find a single chewing gum. But I was wrong. Of course there are always good and bad sides, the mindset that I had was wrong.

I'm so proud of myself

As usual, since CNY is coming, my company has this inter-departments decoration competition. My department put in our 101% efforts to decorate our workplace in order to win the prize, well, it is Rm500 cash prize but what we wanna win is our "face". We thought of many creative ideas on how to win the judges heart, polish la haha, one of them which I'm so proud of myself is to have our 'home-made" red couplet ( Dui Lian ). I created my own red couplet which starts with our company name ( font bold ) for the department/competition. Yay!!!

This red couplet means that Prudential Insurance guarantee brings you peace of mind, you'll have no worries in your life. We sincerely wish you, everything in your life will go smoothly.

Pray hard that my department will win the prize!

I knew it wouldnt be him, just a look alike, but still I ran towards him to check him out.

Cherish what we have

As Chinese New Year is just around the corner, I need to do my yearly activity - do donation. Throughout the year, on and off I do donate but this yearly donation is a must thing to do. Last year I went to old folks home, so this year, I planned to go to orphanage. After I bought all the stuff, mainly food for the kids, I went to a orphanage for the retarded kids at Taman Megah. The moment I parked my car and went down from my car, the kids rushed out to help to take the stuff that I brought for them. So I just entered the orphanage and I was greeted by the person in charge there. The condition there is not bad, it is clean and the kids there are being well taken care I suppose. As I walked around and looked at those kids, my mood was getting down and down.They have long way to go in their life, how are they gonna spend the rest of their life? I couldnt hold back my tears. When I was wipping off my tears, the kids there looked at me with a curious and blank face and a boy suddenly ran to me and shook hand with me. I was touched. They are pure and simple.

God created human, some good some with defects. I believe He has his reason/s behind. Cherish what we have.

It has been such a long time I never go pubbing or clubbing. Planned to go to ***a** after work to meet up some friends. But when I reached there, I found out that place is not the nice place that I used to hang out anymore. The place now is so quiet and not happening. Friend suggested to go to The Curve, hmm....not a bad idea huh, I like The Curve too. Wanted to go to SS to bring back some sweet memories but It had been now closed down. No choice, we ended up at The Laundry. Not a bad place to hang out though, at least they play nice music. The environment is not bad also. It is a place where I can dress up nicely with my high heels and sit down relax and enjoying my drink , my chat with my friends. Happy to be there. And the most important thing was, finally, my urge of doing something was done there!!! Yay!

The Laundry closed at 2am, thus after that we went to SS2 Murni for mamak. Another memory was brought back to me. Finished the whole plate of maggi goreng + mata kerbau and went back home to blog.

I smelt him in the car on my way going to SS2 Murni.

Memory is nice to taste once in the blue moon.

I think God is really testing hard. Things I wanted to have in the past, I didnt get it. When I moved on to look for other things, the old thing is coming to me. Life.

Step by step, I'm moving towards my dreams, to make my dreams come true. I know it is not a smooth journey, but I have faith in myself.

生日快乐

看了这部电影， 心里很有感触， 也让我勾起了很多回忆。我相信这部戏，说的并不是只有自己的故事，同样的，也说着世界上千千万万人的心声。

朋友问我这部戏如何， 我说这部戏平平， 但却对我产生共鸣， 所以值得一看。

虽然这部戏一开场大概15分钟后，我的泪就掉了，但是，偶尔有勇气回味往事，也是人生一大乐趣。

I miss Vietname?

I think I miss Vietnam, a place which I used to hate it alot. About 1yr plus ago, I said I would never have any Vietnamese food in Msia, guess what, just now I went to Vietnamese restaurant for my dinner at "the Vietnamese restaurant at Mid valley, the one at the cinema floor there. The moment I stepped into the restaurant, I could smell the Vietnamese food already. I was very excited when I was going through the menu as they have quite a number of Vietnamese food which I tasted/saw in Vietname before. I ordered my fav Vietnamese spring rice rolls and "pho", the noddle soup. They even have the Vietnamese coffee there, the dipping cup coffee I call it. And guess what, the chili sauce that they use, is exactly what I tasted/saw in Vietname . Overall, the food there is just average, but it brings back my memory.
